Designed for recycling and certified by Institute cyclos-HTP the structure meets the highest requirements in recyclability. Suitable for cheese, meat & bakery products, the new KOROFORM-RCY soft thermoforming films can be processed on roll stock machines with excellent mechanical strength, puncture & heat resistance.
Offering high barrier even at the corners, KOROFORM-RCY soft thermoforming films are suitable for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging providing longer shelf life for packaged food.
They can be customized for gauges up to 500 µm and can be produced with masterbatch colors if needed. Korozo Flexibles’ recyclable thermoforming films are suitable for pasteurizing along with Korozo’s lidding film. They provide excellent optical properties such as high gloss, clarity, transparency to improve consumers’ impression on the food inside.
KOROFORM-RCY soft thermoforming films also offer excellent UV absorbance (if need) as well as easy peel for convenient use.
